These terms apply to your use of CutCut Twitch Highlights (“CutCut”), a desktop application for creating short videos from stream recordings. By using CutCut you agree to them.
The app
CutCut runs on your computer. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google, YouTube or Twitch.
Your content
- You are responsible for the videos you create and publish with CutCut, including their titles, descriptions and captions.
- Only publish content you have the right to use. Streams, music and videos shown on stream may belong to other people.
- CutCut publishes only when you explicitly choose to do so.
Third-party platforms
When you connect TikTok or YouTube, you must also follow their rules: the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service. These platforms may limit, remove or make private any content according to their policies.
Your data
How CutCut handles account data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
CutCut is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may contain errors, and features that depend on third-party services may stop working when those services change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data, content, revenue or account access arising from the use of CutCut.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
